Led by a proven winner

Coach Joe DeMarco

A Toronto-based development coach who guided his team to the 2025 Brick Invitational Tournament championship — one of the most prestigious novice events in the world — and was named a 2026 Brick coach.

Joe is also the coach of the U10 AAA Toronto Marlies, one of the most respected programs in Toronto minor hockey. At NextGen, that same elite standard is brought to every player on the ice.
