Joe DeMarco is a Toronto-based hockey development coach and the founder of NextGen Hockey School. In 2025 he coached his team to a championship at the Brick Invitational Tournament — one of the most prestigious novice tournaments in the world — and was subsequently selected as a head coach for the 2026 edition. Joe is also the head coach of the U10 AAA Toronto Marlies, one of the most respected programs in Toronto minor hockey. His player-first philosophy blends elite skill development with a genuine love of the game.
